How ShaAnas handles website enquiries and personal information.

Who is responsible
The controller for this website and its enquiries is Serhii Shalaiev, operating under the ShaAnas brand. For questions about privacy or your information, email serhii@shaanas.com.
Information involved
The form collects your name, email, optional organization, enquiry topic, message and page language. Infrastructure services may also process IP addresses, timestamps and technical request information. Please do not send secrets, credentials or sensitive personal data.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this information to assess and answer enquiries, discuss possible pilots or collaboration, and protect the website from abuse. Where GDPR applies, our basis is legitimate interests in professional communication and site security (Article 6(1)(f)); steps requested by you towards a contract with you may instead rely on Article 6(1)(b). The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Providing information is voluntary. The required form fields are needed to handle your request; without contact information we cannot reply. You may email us instead. No decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made solely by automated processing.
Service providers and transfers
Web3Forms receives submissions and forwards them to our mailbox. Porkbun hosts the site; hosting and email providers process data needed for delivery and security. Access is limited to handling enquiries and operating these services.
Cloudflare provides the Web Analytics service for these aggregate measurements. Its processing is described in the provider information linked below.
Providers may process data outside the EEA. Web3Forms publishes a DPA with Standard Contractual Clauses; Porkbun describes transfer safeguards in its privacy policy. See the provider links below or contact us for details.
Retention
Correspondence is retained while needed for the enquiry, ongoing collaboration or applicable legal obligations. Its relevance, the status of the discussion and any legal requirements determine the period; information no longer needed should be deleted. You can request deletion by email.
Web3Forms states that submissions may remain for up to three years unless deleted earlier or a shorter period applies. Its policy also describes spam filtering.
Browser storage and media
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate statistics about visits, page views and page-loading performance on pages where its script is enabled. According to Cloudflare’s documentation, the service does not use cookies or localStorage for analytics or fingerprint visitors. The browser loads an analytics script and sends metrics to Cloudflare. We do not publish analytics reports on this website; the owner views them through an authenticated Cloudflare dashboard. Measurement begins after the script is enabled on a page and does not reconstruct earlier visits. Visits are not an exact count of unique people, and blocking tools or network failures may prevent some measurements.
Session storage remembers your animation preference for the browser tab. Language selection uses page addresses. Videos and subtitles are served from this site, without an embedded third-party video player. Hosting and security services may keep technical logs.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. These rights depend on the legal basis and circumstances. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact serhii@shaanas.com; proportionate identity verification may be needed. You may complain to the relevant data protection authority, including the authority where you live or work.
